摘要
直井钻井作业过程中,常规起钻前投多点测斜仪或测井绞车拉单点测斜仪测井斜的方式存在严重的滞后性,容易导致井斜超出设计要求,因此针对此类问题,利用电子式随钻直井测斜仪来实时监控井斜变化。对东海油气田中NB区块1井使用电子式随钻测斜仪,现场应用表明,随钻测斜数据准确,能及时有效的指导现场作业,提高作业效率,同时显著降低测井成本。
While drilling vertical wells,before conventionally pulling out of hole,the way of measuring well deviation by sending multipoint inclinometer or using logging winch to pull single-point inclinometer usually lags seriously. It leads to the well deviation beyond the design.So the electronic inclinometer for vertical well while drilling is used to monitor the change of well deviation real-timely. Taking the Ningbo block 1 well of the east China sea for example,the field application shows that the measuring data is accurate,which can provides on-site guidance timely and effectively,improves the working efficiency,and reduces the logging cost markedly.
