摘要
人力资本和社会资本在大学生就业过程中的主要影响为:正向促进和负向抑制。人力资本和社会资本之间存在替代关系或互补关系。现有研究存在指标不统一、样本代表性误差、问卷信息填写错误等问题。今后的研究应该在完善指标体系、采用科学抽样方法、建设数据库等方面予以加强。
Human capital and social capital have significant effect in the process of job-hunting of college graduates respectively. The main influences are the positive one and the negative one. The relationship between human capital and social capital may be substitute or complement. Difference in indicators, the problem of representativeness of sample and the error of data in the questionnaire are the disadvantages of previous research. So we should take some effective measures to address these problems in the future, such as improving the indicator system, conducting scientific sampling methods and constructing perfect database.
