摘要 针对基于作战任务剖面的武器装备作战效能评估存在的信息遗漏问题,提出了面向整个作战任务过程的作战效能矩阵序列分析模型。分析了矩阵序列效能评估的基本思路、指标值的获取与量化等基本问题,建立了效能指标的矩阵序列描述模型并分析了其物理意义,建立了矩阵序列的一般灰色关联分析模型,给出了超短波地面通信对抗系统作战效能的矩阵序列灰关联评估实例。实例分析结果表明,该方法简单、可行,评估结果物理意义明显。 To solve out the issue of omission of information existing in the weapons and equipments operational effectiveness assessment based on operational mission profile,the paper puts forward the operational effectiveness matrix sequence analysis model facing the whole operation mission process.The paper analyzes some general issues like basic idea of matrix sequence assessment,acquisition and quantification of index value,builds up matrix sequence description model and analyzes the physical meaning,establishes grey relation analysis of matrix sequence for operational effectiveness of ultra-short wave ground communication countermeasure system.The analysis results show that this method is simple,feasible and the evaluation result is physically significant.
