摘要
涂层的辐射特性直接影响其红外性能。为了分析伪装涂层辐射特性的影响因素,对基于Kubelka-Munk理论的涂层辐射特性模型进行了深入分析,得到了涂层表观发射率和表观反射率的数学表达式。在此基础上,利用数学方法详细讨论了涂层厚度、填料粒子体积分数和粒子尺寸对低发射率伪装涂层辐射特性的影响方式和影响程度。结论不仅适用于低发射率伪装涂层,对一些其他功能性伪装涂层的设计也有一定的指导意义。
Radiation characteristic of the coating directly affects its infrared feature.In order to obtain the factors influencing the radiation characteristic of camouflage coating,a model of coating radiation characteristic based on Kubelka-Munk theory was analyzed in depth resulting in the mathematical expression of apparent emissivity and apparent reflectivity of camouflage coating.On this basis,a detailed discussion was held on the way and the extent coating parameters such as film thickness,volume fraction of filler material and particle size may influence the radiation characteristic of low emissivity coating.Conclusions can be not only applied in analyzing camouflage coating with low emissivity but also has some significance in design of some other functional coatings.
