摘要
生物医药产业是吉林省重要的战略性新兴产业之一,其具有很明显的区域分布特点,已被列为国家重点培育的战略性新兴产业。生物医药产业的集聚发展可以实现资源共享,知识技术溢出效应,增强自主创新能力,这将对吉林省的技术实力、产业结构,乃至整体竞争力产生重要的影响。目前,吉林省生物医药产业的集聚发展仍有诸多瓶颈需要突破,应在现有优势的基础上,加大政府政策力度和投资力度,培育龙头企业,创造良好环境,拓宽融资渠道;加强人才队伍建设,提升技术创新能力;创建生物医药产业化平台,提升科研成果转化效率,实现生物医药等战略性新兴产业的集聚发展。
Bio pharmaceutical industry is one of the most important strategic emerging industries in Jilin province, it has obvious regional distribution characteristics, has been listed as national key to cultivate strategic emerging industries. Bio pharmaceutical industry cluster development can realize resources sharing, technology spillover effect of knowledge, strengthen independent innovation ability, the technical strength of Jilin province, industrial structure, and even the important impact on the overall competitiveness. Currently Jilin bio pharmaceutical industry agglomeration development there are still many bottlenecks need to breakthrough, should be on the basis of the existing advantages, through strengthening the government＇s policy and investment, cultivate leading enterprises, to create a good environment, broaden the financing channels; to strengthen the construction of technology team, enhance technology innovation ability; create biological medicine industrial platform, promote scientific research achievements conversion efficiency, realize the agglomeration development of strategic emerging industries such as bio pharmaceutical industry.
