摘要
甲状腺功能减退与女性生殖系统疾病密切相关,其负面影响涉及妊娠全过程、子代神经智力发育等。其中,亚临床甲状腺功能减退与卵巢功能异常互相作用,对女性生殖内分泌功能产生负面影响,从而提高了女性不孕症的患病率。同时,高促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平通过影响黄体支持功能、雌孕激素合成代谢、继发高泌乳素血症机制而影响卵巢功能。且分子层面上,TSH通过与卵巢TSH受体作用而影响卵巢功能。因此,探究亚临床甲状腺功能减退与卵巢功能异常之间的联系对于诊治女性不孕症有重大意义。
Hypothyroidism has" always been related to female reproductive system, which has negative impact on the whole process of pregnacy, the brain development of offspring and so on. At this point, SCH interacts with ovulatory dysfunction, negatively affecting the female reproductive endocrine function and contributing to higher prevalence of infertility. Meanwhile, high level Of thyroid-stimulating hormone ( TSH ) affects the ovary fucntion through affecting luteal support function, the synthesis of estrogen and progesterone, and leading to hyperprolactinemia and so on. On the molecular level, high level TSH combines with the TSH receptor and participates in the ovary dysfunction. So investigating the relationship between SCH and ovula- tory dysfunction is meaningful to the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.
