摘要
目的建立多功能红外水分测定仪快速测定水分方法,并考察其影响因素,为其替代药典烘干法提供科学依据。方法以药典烘干法为标准,利用多功能水分测定仪测定中药颗粒剂的水分含量,优选最佳快速测定条件,并通过统计学分析比较两种方法。结果多功能红外水分测定仪最佳测定条件为投样量6.00 g,测量温度100℃,与药典烘干法比较(P>0.05),两种方法无显著性差异。结论对于中药颗粒剂半成品的测定,多功能红外水分测定法可替代药典烘干法。
Objective The method of rapid determination of moisture and its influencing factors were established, and its influ- ence factors were studied, which provided a scientific basis for the replacement of the Pharmacopoeia drying method. Methods - With the Pharmacopoeia drying method as the standard, the moisture content of Chinese medicine granules was measured by multi - functional infrared moisture meter to optimize the rapid determination conditions and compare of two methods through statistical analysis. Results The optimal conditions of the moisture content determination with multi - functional infrared moisture meter was : sample quantity 6.00 g, measuring temperature 100℃, with no significant difference compared with the Pharmacopoeia drying method ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion For the determination of semi - finished Traditional Chinese medicine granules, multi - func- tion infrared moisture meter can replace the Pharmacopoeia drying method.
