摘要
近年来国家出台了一系列文件大力推进征信体系建设。公共图书馆作为政府为保障公民的基本文化权益而举办的公益性文化事业单位和公共文化服务重要场所,应保持开放的心态,通过提升自身征信等级,构建图书馆行业的征信管理系统,主动融入社会征信体系建设。
In recent years, our country has promulgated a series of documents to promote the construction of credit system. As a nonprofit cultural institution and a public cultural service place to protect the citizen's basic cultural rights and interests, public library should keep an open mind, improve its credit rating, construct library industry credit management system, and integrate into the construction of social credit system actively.
