摘要
防水粘结层是透水性沥青路面面层结构的重要组成之一,其粘结能力直接影响沥青路面的路用性能及耐久性。其中防水粘结层的涂抹量、老化程度及温度、孔隙水均对其粘结效果产生影响。为了明确以上因素对防水粘结层粘结能力的影响程度,试验对四种防水粘结材料,在不同涂抹量、试验温度及冻融循环、粘结材料老化程度、浸水条件下进行剪切强度测试,明确不同防水粘结层的最佳用量及其他影响因素对其粘结能力的影响关系。
Waterproof adhesive layer is an important component porous asphalt pavement structure, which di- rectly affect the bonding capacity of asphalt pavement road performance and durability ,wherein the amount of water- proof applied adhesive layer, aging and temperature, pore water all affect their bonding effect. In order to clarify the extent of the above factors on the waterproof adhesive layer bonding capacitytest the four waterproof adhesive material applied in different amounts, the test temperature and freeze -thaw cycles, the degree of bonding material aging, shear strength test soaking conditions. Clear the relationship that different optimum dosage of waterproof ad- hesive layer and other factors to effect bonding capacity.
