射频消融与微波消融治疗原发性小肝癌安全性、有效性及对免疫功能影响的对比研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的通过对原发性小肝癌患者分别进行射频消融与微波消融治疗,对比二者的安全性、有效性及对免疫功能的影响。方法将132例原发性小肝癌作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为射频组和微波组。射频组67例采用射频消融治疗,微波组65例采用微波消融治疗。比较2组近期疗效及远期生存率,统计并发症发生率、消融时间、完全消融率情况,检测2组T淋巴细胞亚群及NK水平变化情况。结果 2组近期及远期疗效比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),2组并发症发生率、完全消融率及对免疫功能的改善效果相当(P均>0.05),但微波组消融时间较射频组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论射频消融与微波消融治疗原发性小肝癌均安全、有效,可明显改善患者免疫功能,且微波组消融时间更短。 Objective It is to observe and compare the safety,efficacy and the influence on the immune function of patients with primary small hepatocellular carcinoma treated with radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation. Methods 132 cases of primary small hepatocellular carcinoma patients were randomly divided into radiofrequency group and microwave group. 67 cases were treated with radiofrequency ablation in the radiofrequency group,and 65 cases were treated with microwave ablation in the microwave group. The short-term curative effect and long-term survival rate of 2 groups were compared,and the incidence of complications,ablation time and complete ablation rate were analyzed,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and NK were detected. Results There was no significant difference in the short-term and long-term effects between the 2 groups(all P 0. 05). The incidence of complications,the complete ablation rate,and the improvement effect on the immune function of the both groups were considerable( all P 0. 05),and the ablation time in microwave group was significantly shorter than that of the radiofrequency group. Conclusion radiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation are safe and effective in the treatment of primary small hepatocellular carcinoma,and can improve the immune function of patients obviously.
