摘要
基于目前安全管理效率低下问题,探讨安全与网络图集成进行安全控制的安全网络图构建理论,是在施工阶段进行安全管理的重要技术手段。借鉴施工进度网络图,阐述了建筑施工安全网络图构建方法和应用理论。提出安全度概念,通过测定施工现场的某一时刻全局环境安全度、某一时刻单工序安全度、某一时刻多工序安全度衡量单位调查时间内建筑施工场地的安全状态,并提出了测定三种安全度的途径和量化方法。讨论了全局环境安全度和多工序安全度动态曲线的绘制方法,介绍了安全管理的安全关键工序。最后,选用合适案例验证了采用安全网络图进行安全管理的适用性,本方法有利于提高科学现场安全管理的效率。
Integrating safety into network to construct the theory of safety network diagram is to solve the issue of low-efficiency in the safety management which gradually becomes a significant technical mean in safety management process. Comparing to the theory of schedule network diagram,the construction method and applicable theory of safety network diagram is interpreted. By proposing the definition of safety degree,the safety state of site in certain time are tested through quantifying the safety degree on overall environment in a certain time,the safety degree of a single operation in a certain time and the safety degree of multi-operation in a certain time and quantified means are introduced. Thus,the method of compiling the dynamic curve of safety degree on overall environment and multi-operation are discussed and the rules of determining safety critical operations are recommended. At last,proper case is selected to illustrated the applicability of the safety network diagram which help to improve the efficiency of scientific safety management in the site.
