摘要 水平井和大位移井存在套管下入难题,而漂浮下套管技术是目前解决这一难题的有效手段之一。常用的盲板式漂浮接箍的盲板为脆性材料,其承压能力低且破碎压力不稳定,现场施工过程中漂浮接箍有提前打开导致套管不能下至设计井深或套管下至预定位置后无法打开的风险。为此,研制了一种新型滑套式漂浮接箍,它采用销钉剪切方式,具有打开压力稳定、可调的特点。现场应用结果表明:新型?139.7 mm漂浮接箍解决了盲板式漂浮接箍承压能力低、打开压力不稳定的缺点,保证了现场施工的安全;可以有效地降低下套管过程中的摩阻,避免复杂情况的发生,实现了套管安全、顺利地下入。该产品的研制成功为水平井下套管作业提供了有力的保障。 Casing running issue often presents in horizontal wells and extended reach wells. The casing floating technology is one effective means to address the issue. Commonly used blind plate floating collar is made of brittle material, which has low pressure bearing capacity and instable crushing pressure, presenting casing being unable to run to the designed depth by premature opening or being unable to open the plate. To address the issue, a novel sliding type float collar has been developed, which adopts shearpin manner and features stable and adjustable open pressure. Field application results showed that the novel φ139. 7 mm float collar could address the low pressure bearing capacity and instable open pressure shortcomings of blind plate float collar, thus ensuring the field operation safety and efficiency. The new developed floating collar can effectively reduce the friction and avoid complex situations during casing running, achieving safe and smooth casing running, and providing guarantees to the casing running operation in horizontal well.
