摘要 通过对GH4698合金大规格环形件试制过程中易出现的问题进行分析,采取措施,制定工艺,得出以下结论:采用4500压机+精锻机制坯生产方式生产的GH4698合金棒材组织均匀细小,低、高倍组织合格,成材率有较大的提高;采用双层软包套技术可保证GH4698合金温度处于最佳温度区间内,防止热加工过程开裂;制定的冶炼、热加工工艺合理,生产的GH4698合金大规格环形件满足成分、组织、性能、超声波探伤等标准要求。 Based on the analysis of problems occurred easily in the trial-manufacturing process of GH4698 alloylarge size ring, taking measures, formulating process, the following conclusions are drawn: the GH4698 alloy bar pro.duced by using 4500 press + precision forging machine has uniform and fine structures, qualified microstructures andmacrostructures, the yield of which is greatly improved; the technology of the double soft casings can ensure the work.ing temperatures of GH4698 alloy in the best temperature range to prevent cracking during hot working; the formulatedsmelting and hot working processes are reasonable, the produced large size rings of GH4698 alloy meet the standard re.quirements of compositions, structures and properties, and ultrasonic inspection.
