摘要
以86版《西游记》唐僧师徒四人为素材,对《大学生心理健康教育》课程中"气质与心理健康"的章节进行教学设计,分别陈述了气质教学的课前准备、课堂实施及课后反馈,使学生通过思考、分享、讨论等方式去了解和掌握原本抽象的气质内容和种类,了解自己的气质特点并扬长避短,促进自身成长;同时又理解不同气质类型的人与自己的不同之处,从而学会理解和包容他人,促进大学生的人际和谐和身心健康成长。
Taking as an example Monk Tang and his three disciples in the movie The Journey to the West(the version of1986), a teaching design is made for the chapter "Temperament and Mental Health" in the curriculum book College Students' Mental Health Education. The temperament teaching design makes an introduction to the three parts-before-class preparation,in-class practice and after-class feedback, makes students learn and grasp the abstract contents and type of temperament through thinking, sharing, and discussion etc., lets them understand the characteristics of their own temperaments and weaknesses so as to promote their own growth, and guides them to understand their own differences of temperament from others' meanwhile in order to understand and accommodate others with the ultimate purpose to promote the development of college students' interpersonal relationship and physical and mental health.
