摘要
以黄山学院小学教育专业本科生作为调查对象,分别从性别、年级、家庭情况、是否独生子女、是否学生干部等维度出发,开展实地调查。发现小学教育专业本科生受多重因素影响,对小学教师这一职业的认同感存在不合理现象。由此,需要社会、学校、学生个人的共同努力,进一步促进小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同感的提升。
With the undergraduates of elementary education in Huangshan College as the subjects of this study, the investigation is made in terms of their genders, grades and family statuses, of whether they are only-children or not, and of whether they are student cadres or not and so on. It is found that primary education majors are influenced by multiple factors since there are unreasonable phenomena about the different degrees of primary school teachers' self-identity. The conclusion can be drawn that the joint efforts from society, needs, school and students are needed to further elevate the undergraduates' professional self-identity who major in elementary education.
