摘要
近年来,急性缺血性脑卒中的临床处理取得了飞速的发展,各项临床及基础研究提供了充分的循证医学证据,但越来越多的实证体现了单纯循证思维的整体获益并不能弥补个体获益的不足。因此,先进的缺血性脑血管病处理方式需要在综合评估的基础上开展,兼顾循证思维和个体化精神,为患者带来更大获益。
Recently,rapid progress has been achieved in the field of acute ischemic stroke treatment. Tons of clinical and basic studies provided sufficient evidences for guideline based treatment. However,more and more examples indicated that overall benefits brought mere by evidence-based thinking could never make up the flow of single benefits.Thus,advanced management of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease should be built based on the comprehensive evaluation and benefit from both evidence-based and individualized treatment modes.
