摘要
目的确保血液辐照仪应用中的辐射安全。方法分析项目引进的血液辐照仪组成特点、辐射源项目和防护结构,按国家相关标准分别对其未运行状态和运行状态下的不同位点进行监测。结果该血液辐照仪采用铯-137发射的γ射线作血液辐照,对职业人员辐射所致最大个人有效剂量(年)HE为2.7×10^(-5)m Sv/a;对公众所致的HE为6.6×10^(-5)m Sv/a,均远低于剂量管理目标值;运行与未运行状态测量值无明显变化。结论项目引进的的血液辐照仪符合《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》(GB18871-2002)要求,项目引进和使用安全有效。
Objective To ensure the radiation safety of the application of blood irradiation meter. Methods The blood irradiation apparatus's composition features were analyzed. According to the national standards, the source of irradiation and protective structure were monitored during states of operation and inactivity. Result The blood irradiation apparatus adopted the cesium-137 launch of gamma irradiation of blood. The largest effective dose of HE radiation that can be emitted was 2. 7 × 10^-5 MSV/a for professional personnel; and for the public, it was 6. 6 × 10^-5 MSV/a, far lower than the target dose parameter. No significant change was observed between the states of operation and inactivity. Conclusion The introduction of blood irradiation apparatus is in accordance with the basic ionizing radiation protection and radiation source safety standards (GB18871-2002) requirements. Hence, the use of radiation is safe and effective.
