摘要
目的:观察健康教育与心理干预对门诊性病患者焦虑情绪及用药依从性的影响。方法:选择86例性病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。两组患者均采取抗炎、对症治疗和性病常规护理,在此基础上观察组加用心理干预与健康教育,比较两组护理前后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、治疗依从性和护理满意度的差异。结果:对照组护理前后HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理前后HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间护理后比较,观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性和护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育联合心理干预能减少门诊性病患者抑郁程度,提高用药依从性和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of health education and psychological intervention on anxiety and medication compliance of outpatients with venereal disease.Method: 86 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with anti- inflammation, symptomatic treatment and routine nursing care, on the basis of this the observation group was added with the psychological intervention and health education, the differences of two groups Hamilton anxiety scale ( HAMA ) and Hamilton depression scale ( HAMD ) before and after nursing, the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared.Result: The comparison of the HAMA and HAMD scores of control group before and after nursing, there was no statistical significance ( P〉0.05 ) ; the comparison of the HAMA and HAMD scores of observation group before and after nursing, there was statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) ; comparison between the two groups after the treatment, the degree of improvement in the observation group was better than that of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Compliance and nursing satisfaction of observation group were better than control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The combination of health education and psychological intervention can reduce the degree of depression of outpatients with venereal disease, improve medication compliance and nursing satisfaction, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
