摘要
目的 比较两种光学相干生物测量仪MasterOCT和IOLMaster检测白内障患者眼轴长度(AL)的差异,并分析二者的一致性,为临床使用提供依据。方法选择2016年4月至5月在广州军区总医院眼科门诊进行白内障术前检测的患者20例(27只眼)。其中,男性4例,女性16例,年龄为57~84岁,平均年龄为(72.7±6.3)岁。所有被检者分别应用MasterOCT和IOLMaster进行AL检测。两种仪器间检测AL的差异采用配对t检验进行比较,其相关性的研究采用Pearson相关分析。两种仪器检测结果的一致性采用Bland—Altamn统计分析。结果MasterOCT和IOLMaster检测AL的平均值分别为(24.14±1.53)mm和(24.32±1.48)mm,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.439,P〉0.05)。两种测量方法具有密切的线性相关(r=0.986〉0.9,P〈0.05),一致性较好。结论MasterOCT和IOLMaster测量白内障术前患者的AL,具有良好的一致性。
Objective To compare the difference of axial length (AL) between two kinds of optical coherence measuring instrument Master OCT and IOL Master in cataract patients. Provide the basis for clinical use. Design in this prospective clinical study. Methods Participants Twenty patients (27 eyes) with cataract were included from April to May 2016 in General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command of PLA. Among them, male 4, female 16, the average age is between 57 and 84 years old, average (72.7±6.3) years old. All patients before cataract surgery, were measured AL with the Master OCT and IOL Master. Data were analyzed using a paired samples t test, Pearson related analysis and Bland-Altamn analysis. Main Outcome Measures the mean axial length, coefficient of t test, coefficient Pearson correlation analysis. Correlation analysis of the measurement results of the two instruments using Bland-Altamn analysis. Results The mean AL measured by the Mater OCT and IOL Master were (24.14±1.53)mm and (24.32±1.48)mm. There were no significant differences between the two methods in AL (t =- 0.439, P〉0.05), and the Pearson correlation was (r=0.986〉0.9, P〈0.05). Conclusion The AL values obtained with the Master OCT are correlated very well to those of the IOL Master.
