摘要
随着高职教育进入"后示范时期",对高职院校教育质量的评价较之前进行了不断改进,加入了新的要素。本文从高职教育质量评价体系构建的条件质量、过程质量和结果质量入手,提出了评价体系设计的原则、结构、功能特征等,以使新的评价体系能适应"后示范时期"高职教育质量的评价要求。
While stepping into the "post-model period", Chinese higher vocational education has started some reforms in its evaluation system. Some new criteria have been employed. To make the new evaluation system well adapted to the new period, the author holds that designers of the system should take conditional quality, process quality and result quality into consideration. And toward the end of this paper the author puts forward some suggestions on the design in terms of general principle, system structure and functional characteristics.
