摘要
以桉木为原料制备高性能重组木,并结合家具用材的要求,检测其耐水性能、力学性能、甲醛释放量、漆膜性能、颜色指数等性能。结果表明:桉木重组木具有优良的耐水性能和力学性能,甲醛释放量为0.1 mg/L,漆膜理化性能均达到GB/T 4893对木家具表面漆膜性能的要求,为家具用材拓展新的来源。
Eucalyptus scrimber with density of 0.95 g/cm3 was made by cold-pressing and painted with polyurethane. The properties of the original and painted Eucalyptusscrimber samples were tested to evaluate feasibility for application to furniture materials. The results showed that the Eucalyptusscrimber samples had excellent water resistance, mechanical properties and very low formaldehyde emissions. The properties of the painted samples also met the specifications of National Standard GB/T 4893 for surface coatings of furniture.It was suggested that the Eucalyptus scrimber could be used for indoor furniture manufacturing.
