摘要
针对A电厂410 t/h循环流化床锅炉旋风分离器中心筒脱落、严重变形的原因进行分析,并提出了相应的改造方案,主要对中心筒的悬挂、支撑方式及筒体高度进行较大的改进,取得了较好的效果。
This paper analyzed the causes of fall-off and severe deformation of center cylinder in circulating fluidized bed cyclone separator of 410 t/h of A Power Plant, put forward the corresponding modification scheme with the suspension, supporting ways and the height of center cylinder as main modification targets, which achieved good effect.
