基于两极电流分布平衡的电压摆处置方法

摘要 分析了电解槽电压、铝液的受力和运动,论证了由水平电流导致的纵向电磁力是引起铝液表面纵向运动的原因之一,证明了区域两极电流分布平衡对减小水平电流消除电压摆的重要性,总结了基于区域两极电流分布平衡的电压摆处置方法,并介绍了利用该方法处置某公司350 kA电解槽电压摆取得的良好效果。 This paper analyses the forces acting and motion of cell voltage and aluminum liquid in alumi- num reduction cell, demonstrates that the longitudinal electromagnetic force caused by horizontal current is one of the reasons for the longitudinal motion of liquid aluminium surface, proves the importance of the equilibrium of regional anode-cathode current distribution for decreacing the horizontal current to elimi- nate the voltage instability, summarizes the methods of treating voltage instability based on the equilibri- um of regional anode-cathode current distribution, and introduces the benefit of treating voltage instability of a company's 350 kA cell with this method.
