摘要
从福建某厂镍铁冶炼除尘灰圆盘造球工艺着手,介绍了圆盘造球工艺利用除尘灰的方法,包括除尘灰成分、粒度与含量、工艺流程、设备配置及技术指标等。并与冷压球工艺进行比较,体现出圆盘造球工艺的优点和经济效益。通过该项目的顺利投产成功,为镍铁冶炼除尘灰的利用提出了新的发展思路。
This paper introduces the application of the disc pelletizing process in recycling dust from fer- ro-nickel from making in a Fujian plant, including the dust component, dust particle size and content, process flow, equipment layout, technical indicators and so on. And compares with the cold press machine pelletizing process, reflects the economic benefits and advantages of disc pelletizing process. Through the successfull commission of the project, a new development idea is proposed for recycling the dust from ferro-nickel making.
