弹载设备旋转高过载仿真试验系统研究

摘要 为检测弹载设备在炮弹发射瞬间高速旋转引起的过载,设计并实现了一套旋转过载试验机。首先分析了弹载设备的受力情况,阐述了系统的原理与组成,重点讨论了瞬时制动技术的设计与实现。该系统模拟了弹载设备承受的巨大径向和切向惯性力,为检测弹载设备的抗高过载提供了技术手段。 In order to detect the overload caused by the high-speed rotation of projectile-loaded equipment at the launch of the projectile,a set of rotating overload test machine is designed and implemented. This paper firstly analyzes the force situation of the projectile-loaded equipment,expounds the principle and composition of the system,and emphatically discusses the design and realization of the instantaneous braking technology. The system simulates the huge radial and tangential inertia force of the projectile-loaded equipment,which provides the technical means for the detection of the anti high overload of projectile-loaded equipment.
