摘要
目的探讨牙龈癌患者围手术期的舒适护理。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年1月26例牙龈癌手术患者的临床护理资料。结果患者均顺利完成手术，转移皮瓣无一例坏死出血，外观满意。结论对于牙龈癌患者，特别是术后皮瓣移植者，宜从心理护理、皮瓣护理、伤口暴露护理、饮食护理以及并发症观察护理等方面进行舒适护理工作。
Objective To xeplore the gingival cancer patients perioperative of comfortable nursing. Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2014 to January 2014 were 26 cases clinical nursing data of gingival cancer surgery patients. Result Patients were successfully completed surgery, no transfer of skin flap necrosis bleeding, satisfied with the aesthetic. Conclusion For gum cancer patients, especially for postoperative flap transplants, specific care should be take, eg. appropriate exposure from psychological care, skin care, wound nursing, diet nursing and the nursing and caring for complications.
