以问题为中心教学方法在冠心病带教中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)手术相关知识已成为心血管内科实习带教必不可少的教学内容。本文比较以问题为中心(PBL)教学方法与传统方式带教PCI手术相关知识的效果。将入选研究生80人随机平均分为两组。实验组理论成绩、操作成绩中的冠状动脉造影读图、PCI术后并发症识别及处理能力均优于对照组。PBL教学方法为心血管内科临床带教理论与专业实践紧密连接架起了一座桥梁。
