摘要
变桨技术是水平轴潮流能发电机组的关键技术,对实现机组的功率控制和双向发电具有重要意义。在综合分析电气变桨方案和液压变桨方案的基础上,完成了120 k W水平轴潮流能发电机组变桨机构及其控制系统的设计,并进行了变桨距系统的厂内试验和海上试验,试验结果表明,该系统可以很好地实现机组的双向发电并实现发电机输出功率的有效控制,同时变桨距机构运行稳定,响应特性达到预期设计目标。
The pitch control technology is key technology for horizontal tidal current turbines(HTCT), which is significant for achieving power control and dual-directional operation of turbines. Based on comprehensive analysis of electrical pitch and hydraulic pitch schemes, this paper finishes the mechanical design and control system design of a 120 k W HTCT, and the workshop tests and sea trails have been carried out. The test results show that the designed system can well realize dual-directional power generation and effective nominal power control, with the system working steadily and response characteristics reaching desired design target.
