摘要
对海绵钛厂Ti Cl4精制工艺尾渣的回收利用进行了研究。在对尾渣元素组成和物性分析的基础上,提出了高温煅烧尾渣制备钒渣的工艺。对煅烧温度、物料粒度以及煅烧时间等进行条件试验。结果表明,在煅烧温度≥600℃,煅烧时间大于2 h条件下,可将尾渣制备成TV在8%~12%、Cl含量小于0.3%的钒渣,V收率达到95%,Cl逸出率达到99%。
The recycle of slag produced during the refining process of TiCl4 in the sponge titanium factory was studied. Based on the analysis of the element compositions and physical properties of the slag from the refining process of TICl4, a process of preparing vanadium slag by high temperature calcination of the slag was proposed. The experimental conditions of the calcination temperature, calcination time and the materi- al particle size were studied. The results show that vanadium slag with 8% - 12% of TV content and less than 0.3% Cl can be obtained by calcination of the slag from the refining process of TiCl4 at T≥600℃ for more than 2 h. The recovery rate of V is 95% and the emission rate of Cl reaches 99%.
