摘要
对攀西3×1 750 m3高炉本体设计特点进行了总结分析。高炉本体采用了适合钒钛磁铁矿冶炼的薄壁内型,隔热保温型的复合炉底炉缸内衬技术,冷却强度适中的双层蛇形管球墨铸铁冷却壁,分段供水的冷却水系统,配置大量的监测仪表,使得高炉的设计达到了国际最先进的钒钛磁铁矿冶炼高炉水平。
The paper summarizes the design features of 3 ×1 750 m^3 BF stack in Xichang Steel and Vana- dium. The blast furnace is a thin wall furnace shape, suitable for smelting vanadium titanium magnetite ore. Equipped with compound hearth lining with heat insulation technology, moderate cooling intensity of double snakelike tube of nodular cast iron stave, subsection cooling water system, and lots of measure- ment instruments, the designed blast furnace is at world class level in terms of vanadium titanium magnetite ore smelting.
