五指毛桃果抑制柑橘采后病原菌活性成分研究 被引量:2

Antifungal Constituents from Fruits of Ficus hirta Extracts Against Citrus Postharvest Pathogens

摘要 前期通过筛选对柑橘采后病原菌——意大利青霉和指状青霉菌有抑菌作用的中草药,发现五指毛桃果乙醇提取物具有很好的抑菌活性。为进一步研究其抑菌活性成分,对五指毛桃果中的抑菌活性成分进行分离、纯化及结构鉴定。釆用生物活性追踪的方式,以牛津杯法测定提取物抑菌活性来指导下一步分离纯化。依次采用大孔树脂柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱和ODS柱层析分离得到3个单体化合物,通过核磁共振谱(NMR)和质谱(MS)波谱数据分析,对3个化合物进行结构解析,经鉴定他们分别为乔松素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)和圣草酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)。化合物1具有很好的抑菌活性,为五指毛桃果主要的抑菌活性成分。 Numerous medicinal plants were selected for their antifungal activities against citrus postharvest pathogens including Penicillium italicum and Penicillium digitatum. The extracts from fruits of Ficus hirta showed promising antifungal activity. However, the antifungal constituents were not clear. In order to elucidate the antifungal constituents existing in fruits of Ficus hirta, the ethanol extracts of fruits of Ficus hirta were isolated to identify the active constituents. The bioassay method tested by cylinder-plate was used to guarantee the isolation of antifungal constituents. Macro resin column, Sephadex LH-20 column and ODS column were used to isolate three compounds. Their structures were determined as pinocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(compound 1), naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(compound 2) and eriodictyol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(compound 3) by NMR and MS spectroscopy. Compound 1, namely pinocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, showed good antifungal activity, which was the major antifungal constituent existing in fruits of Ficus hirta.
