摘要
民族地区社会治理无疑是构建"现代化国家治理体系"的重要组成部分,检视"国家—社会"关系问题域演进的历史逻辑,反思民族地区基层治理的实践向度,多元治理主体应遵循其内在治理逻辑,在治理职能边界内开展协商、协同、协作治理活动。在治理理论框架与治理实践创新的导引下,重点加强民族地区社会治理的制度供给与机制创新,加快推进治理体系和治理能力的现代化。
