摘要
探讨再生涤纶长丝的性能和产品开发适应性。介绍了再生涤纶长丝的生产情况和产品开发情况,对比了再生与原生涤纶长丝的标准和性能指标,总结了再生涤纶长丝的发展方向。认为:物理法和化学法再生涤纶长丝应根据自身特性,分领域拓展应用范围,并不断降低成本,大力研发功能性、差别化等高附加值的特殊纤维,进一步推动再生涤纶长丝产业的发展。
Property of regenerated polyester filament and its product development adaptation were discussed. The production situation and product-developing situation of regenerated polyester filament were introduced. The standard and property indexes of regenerated and native polyester filament were compared. The development di- rection of regenerated polyester filament was summarized. It is considered that the application fields of regenera- ted polyester filament made by physical method and chemical method should be expanded according to the proper- ties. The cost should be reduced continuously, special fibers with higher additional values like functions, differenti- ation and so on should be deeply developed to further promote the development of regenerated polyester filament industry.
