摘要
针对雷达高集成高频箱有效散热设计需求,应用Fluent软件对雷达高频箱的热流特性进行了数值仿真研究。对高频箱内空气的流动情况及不同边界条件下典型高频箱内温度和发热单元表面对流换热系数分布情况进行了比较分析,得出的研究结论可为高频箱的热设计提供参考。
In view of the requirements of the effective heat dissipation in the highly integrated HF box, the characteristics of the heat flow in the HF box are simulated numerically with the Fluent soft- ware. The air flow in the HF box and the convective heat transfer coefficient (CHTC) on the surface of the heating units and the temperature distribution in the typical HF box in different boundary con- ditions are compared and analyzed. The research conclusions can provide references for the thermal design of the HF box.
