摘要
随着海底管道铺设行业的迅猛发展,海管临时弃管及回收作业耗时在海管铺设作业中比重逐渐增大.由于水深的增加,海管弃管及回收作业已不能采用常规的空气潜水方法快速完成水下解扣或连接作业.饱和潜水由于船舶及人员成本较高,也不适于配合进行整个铺管过程的弃管回收作业.论文根据弃管回收ROV钩子在作业过程中出现的问题,结合铺管船作业线及托管架特点,进行新型弃管回收装置设计,减少ROV钩子与滚轮等设备干涉,加快弃置回收速度,提高工作效率.
For abandonment and recovery of subsea pipeline in deep water, saturation diving vessels and divers are not suitable. In order to solve the problem in ROV5s hook during the operation of abandonment and recovery, new equipment is designed, with the help of which the interference between ROV hooks and rollers is reduced, working rate of abandonment/recovery is enhanced, and operational effectiveness is improved.
