民办高校与企业“嵌入式”人才培养模式探索——以长春光华学院电气信息学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 长春光华学院电气信息学院和中软国际信息技术有限公司、中兴通讯股份有限公司及东软集团有限公司携手创建了企业"嵌入式"的电气信息类专业的人才培养模式,搭建了学校与企业双主体间双向参与、资源共享、优势互补,以共同培养适合生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高级应用型人才为主要目的教学平台;提出了"人才共育、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担"的紧密型校企合作办学机制,实现了学校、企业、学生"三赢"的共同目标。 School of Mechanical Engineering of Changchun Guanghua University has created the enterprise "embedded" training model in the electrical specialty with China Soft International Limited Company, and set up the teaching platform for school and enterprise to involve two-way dual intersubjectivity, resource sharing, and complementary advantages. The main purpose of the platform is to cultivate the advanced talents for production, construction, management, and service. A school-enterprise compact cooperative mechanism has been proposed as "cooperating in talent cultivation and management, sharing fruits and responsibilities", which has achieved the "three-win" common goal for both school, enterprise, and students.
