发电厂/变电站低压交直流配电系统国际标准体系研究

Research on International Standard Architecture for Low-voltage AC and DC Auxiliary System of Power Plant or Substation

摘要 低压交直流配电系统是变电站、换流站和发电厂的重要组成部分。为推进发电厂/变电站低压交直流配电系统的国际标准体系建设工作,该文研究了国际电工委员会(International Electrotechnical Commission,IEC)现有各技术委员会的工作范围和技术标准制定情况,指出了IEC现有技术标准不能满足低压交直流配电系统在设计、运行与维护等方面的技术标准需求;并在此研究基础上,提出了覆盖系统设计、设备选型、系统调试和测试设备部分的国际标准体系,并搭建了国际标准体系框架,详细阐述了该体系涉及的工作范围和内容,对发电厂/变电站低压交直流配电系统国际标准体系建设具有一定的指导意义。 Low-voltage AC and DC auxiliary system is an important part in power plant,converter station and substation.In order to promote constructing the international standard architecture for low-voltage AC and DC auxiliary system of power plant or substation,work scopes and technical standards establishment of IEC technical committees are researched in this paper.It shows that the existing technical standards of IEC technical committees can't meet the demand in design,operation and maintenance of low-voltage AC and DC auxiliary system.On the basis of the research,international standard architecture containing system design,equipment selection,system test and test device is proposed;international standard framework is also constructed.The work scope and content involved in the system are expounded in detail,and it has a guiding significance for building the international standard architecture for low-voltage AC and DC auxiliary system of power plant or substation.
