DNA methylation in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

摘要 DNA 甲基化作为最常见的表观遗传修饰形式,可调节基因的表达,在胚胎发育、衰老和肿瘤形成等多种生命活动中发挥作用。近年来,研究发现 DNA 甲基化通过调控特发性肺纤维化关键基因的表达而对其发生、发展起重要作用,这为特发性肺纤维化的分子机制、临床诊断与治疗提供新的研究方向。本文就 DNA 甲基化在特发性肺纤维化中的研究进展作一综述。 DNA methylation,as the most common form of epigenetic modifications,can regulate the expression of genes and play a role in a variety of life activities,such as embryonic development,aging and tumor formation.Recent studies have found that DNA methylation is very important in the development of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis by regulating the expression of key genes,which provides a new research direction for the molecular mechanisms,clinical diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.The effects of DNA methylation on the development and progression of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis are reviewed in this paper.
