摘要
高职院校教研室虽然是高职学院教育教学管理中最基层的组织,但是其工作却与学校的专业建设水平以及人才培养质量息息相关。因此,高职院校教研室必须进行标准化建设以及内涵提升建设,促进学院教学质量的提升,从而实现学院的健康可持续发展。
The teaching and research section is the most basic Organization of the higher vocational college,but it is important to the professional construction and talents training of College. Therefore,in order to promote the teaching quality and operating level,it is necessary for the vocational college to promote the level of the construction of the standardization and connotation promotion of the teaching and research section,so as to achieve the sustainable development of college.
