摘要
针对滚筒式松散回潮机在生产中存在的烟叶松散程度不够、造碎大、指标均匀性偏低、能耗偏高等问题,进行了论证和分析,得出设备优化改进的理论推论,并在试验线松散回潮机上进行验证,具体是将试验设备模拟添加预松散设备,循环热风改为下进风方式,抽废气位置设在入料口上端。验证结果表明,使用改进后的设备松散率在99.60%以上;平均碎片量降低了39.60%,滚筒内部温度和出口水分的均匀性大幅提高,能更好地保证松散回潮烟叶质量指标的均匀性,降低能耗。
In the process of production, drum loose damping machine has the problems of not enough loose degree of tobacco leaf, low uni-formity of index, high energy consumption and so on.Demonstration and analysis showed the theoretical reasoning of improved facilities.And verification test was carried out on the loose damping machine.Test equipment was used to simulate the adding of pre-loose equipment, circu-lating hot air was changed into below inlet; the position of pumping waste gas located in the upper end of the entrance of materials.Results showed that the equipment loose rate after improvement reached more than 99.60%;the average amount of debris decreased by 39.60%.The uniformity of and outlet moisture and drum inner temperature greatly improved, which could better ensure the uniformity of quality index of loose damping tobacco leaves, and reduced the energy consumption.
