摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线疗法对脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效情况。方法:选取100例脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症患者,依据治疗方法不同进行分组,对照组(采用单纯针刺治疗)和观察组(采用针刺结合穴位埋线疗法)各50例。疗程结束后观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症患者临床治疗总有效率98%高于对照组80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线疗法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖症临床效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To dosenes clinical effects of wet resistance type pixu simple obesity by acupoint thread - embedding thera- py. Method The 100 cases clinical data of wet resistance type pixu simple obesity patients in our hospital were analyzed, which was to be divided into two groups by different methods, control group （using pure acupuncture treatment） and detection group （acupuncture compared with acupoint thread - embedding therapy） ail 50 cases. The clinical effects of two groups wet resistance type pixu simple o- besity patients were detected. Result The clinical total effective 98% of detection group wet resistance type pixu simple obesity patients was higher than control group 80%, the difference was statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical result of treatment wet resistance type pixu simple obesity patients by acupoint thread -embedding therapy is obviously, which is to be used.
