摘要 为适应国家经济社会发展对创新复合型人才的需要,解决食品科学与工程专业人才结构性矛盾,应探索"食品科学与工程"与"经、管、法"专业深度融合的人才培养模式,强化人才培养目标、课程体系设置、师资队伍建设、创新创业教育、国际合作办学等方面的改革与实践。研究成果对于培养高质量、高素质复合型食品专业人才起到示范作用,对今后同类院校的专业建设具有一定的参考价值。 To adapt to the requirement of innovative compound talents in national economic and social development and resolve the structural contradictions in talent cultivation in Food Science and Engineering,this paper explored the talent training mode of the deep combination of " Food Science and Engineering" with " Economics,Management and Law",and described the reform and practice involving the objectives of talent training,the establishment of curriculum system,the construction of faculty team,the education of innovation and pioneering abilities,the operation of international cooperative education and other efforts. Research results played an exemplary role in cultivating high-quality compound talents of food major,and had a certain reference value for specialty construction of similar colleges in future.
