猎聘网核心员工流失的原因和对策分析

摘要 通过实地的问卷调查,对猎聘网公司核心员工的流失数据进行深入分析。研究发现,公司核心员工流失的根本原因是:公司的选才标准和内部晋升制度不完善;公司员工关系紧张,利益有冲突,且员工活动缺乏吸引力;激励机制不能满足员工的实际需求,员工工作未得到很好的认可;绩效考核指标设计不完善,考核结果反馈不到位;预防意识不够,应急方案单一,事后管理不够。因此,应根据企业的实际情况采取如下措施:制定核心团队的选才标准;加强团队建设,改善人际关系;建立符合员工实际需求的激励机制;明确考核标准,实行弹性工作制度;制定和实施核心员工危机管理方案。 The authors of this paper present an in-depth analysis of the loss of the core staff in liepin, com based on the data gained from a questionnaire. According to the analysis, major reasons responsible for the loss of the core staff in the company are as follows: imperfect talent selection standard and internal promotion mechanism; intense relationship among employees due to the conflict of interests ; uninteresting employee engagement activities ; incentives that fail to meet the actual needs of the employees or recognize their work; imperfect performance measurement that fails to provide a comprehensive feedback; poor prevention mecha- nism with single emergency preparedness or inadequate effective post-crisis management. To solve these problems, the company is suggested to 1 ) set up a clear standard for choosing talents to build its core team, 2) carry out more team building activities to im- prove the interpersonal relationship among the employees, 3) establish an efficient incentive mechanism to meet the actual needs of the employees, 4) clarify the performance evaluation and introduce a flexible job system, 5 ) make and enact effective crisis management plans to deal with the loss of the core staff.
