粉红粘帚霉对玉米茎基腐病的抑菌防病作用 被引量:14

摘要 为研究粉红粘帚霉对玉米茎基腐病的抑菌防病作用,采用PDA平板和水琼脂对峙培养法测定粉红粘帚霉的抑菌作用,采用扣皿法测定挥发性代谢产物的抑菌作用,采用含毒介质法测定发酵液的抑菌作用,测定孢子液对玉米种子的促生作用,通过室内盆栽试验测定粉红粘帚霉的苗期防病效果.结果表明:粉红粘帚霉对玉米茎基腐病具有生防潜力.病菌菌落扩展受到明显抑制,粉红粘帚霉菌丝重寄生病菌菌丝,导致菌丝细胞原生质颗粒化、溃解;挥发性代谢产物对病菌菌丝生长无抑制作用;JM发酵滤液对病菌菌丝生长具有抑制作用,且第9天的抑菌活性最好,菌丝生长抑制率为50%;孢子液可以在一定程度上提高种子萌发率和单株鲜质量;粉红粘帚霉对苗期玉米茎基腐病具有一定的防病效果. The article aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Clonostachys rosea in suppression of corn stalk rot caused by Fusarium graminearum.Confrontation culture in PDA and WA (water agar) plate were used to test the inhibitory effect of C. rosea on mycelial growth of F. graminearum.Dish buckle and Toxic media was used to test the inhibitory effect of volatile metabolites and cultural fihrates,respectively.Conidia solution was used to test the growth-promoting effect on corn seed.The efficacy of C. rosea in suppression of the infection by F. graminearum was tested by indoor pot experiment.The results showed that C. rosea can be potentially exploited as an agent to control corn stalk rot.The colony expansion of F. graminearum was inhibited in confrontation culture plates,and the hyphae were parasitised by C. rosea.The inhibited myeelia of F. grominearum showed severe abnormal symptoms including cytoplasma granulation and outward leakage,cellular swelling and collapse.No inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of F. graminearum was observed by volatile metabolites of C. rosea.The mycelial growth of F. graminearum were suppressed by the JM cultural filtrate,especially on 9th day,mycelial growth inhibition rate was 50%.The germination of seed and plant fresh weight were promoted by conidia solution of C. rosea to a certain degree.C, rosea was some effective in suppression of F. graminearum in the seedling stage.
