摘要
目的:观察激素诱导下股骨头坏死兔模型病理进程中血浆甘油三脂代谢变化规律,探讨不同中西调血脂药物干预后效果。方法:构建激素诱导的股骨头坏死实验兔模型,基于HPLC/MS分析技术,观察4种不同中西调血脂药物干预其体内甘油三脂的代谢变化规律及股骨头局部组织形态学改变。结果:在第1、3、5周时,与空白组比较:模型组、各药物干预组血浆中的甘油三脂出现紊乱(P<0.01);与模型组比较:第3、5周,中药组、西药组的甘油三脂均下降(P<0.05),各药物干预组之间比较无显著差异;与模型组比较:各药物干预组的股骨头光、电镜下骨坏死程度轻微且中药组好于西药组。结论:脂质代谢异常是激素诱发股骨头坏死的重要病理基础;中西调血脂药通过调节甘油三脂代谢,可以早期预防激素性股骨头坏死;中药复方以其多"靶点",整合调节作用强而更具优势。
Objective: To observe triglyceride metabolism change rule in the plasma of the pathological process of rabbit model of hormone induced femoral head necrosis, and explore intervention effect of regulation blood lipids of different Chinese and western drug. Methods: Experimental rabbit mode of hormone induced femoral head necrosis was constructed, triglycerides metabolic change rule of adjust blood lipid drug and corresponding changes of the local tissue morphology of the femoral head were observed after the four different Chinese and western medicine intervention by HPLC/MS analysis technology. Results: Compared with normal control group, plasma triglycerides of model group and four drug intervention groups of experimental animal are significant disorder(P〈0.01) at the 1st, 3rd and 5th point; Compared with model group, triglycerides of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine groups decreased(P〈0.05) at the 3rd and 5th week; There was no significant difference between four drug intervention groups; Compared with model group, the degree of femoral head osteonecrosis of the drug intervention group was slight under light and electron microscopy, and traditional Chinese medicine was better than western medicine group. Conclusion: Abnormal lipid metabolism is an important pathological basis of hormone induced femoral head necrosis. The drug for regulation blood lipid by regulating lipid metabolism, especially can prevent glucocorticoid-induced a vascular necrosis in the early. Triglyceride metabolism after regulation of Chinese and western medicine can early prevent glucocorticoid-induced avascular necrosis; Traditional Chinese medicine compound more has advantage of the strong founction of integrated adjustment.
