摘要
三七总皂苷是中药三七的主要成分,具有免疫调节与抗炎活性。研究发现三七总皂苷对许多炎性疾病具有干预作用,可对炎性反应发生的多个环节,多种炎性介质产生影响。文章主要综述了三七总皂苷在细胞、分子水平的抗炎免疫作用机制的研究进展。
Panax notoginseng saponins（PNS） was the main component of traditional Chinese medicine sanqi, it had immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory activities. The study found that PNS had intervened effect in many inflammatory diseases, and it had effects on multiple links of inflammation and a variety of inflammatory mediators. This paper reviewed the research progress on the anti-inflammatory-immune mechanism of PNS in cellular and molecular level.
