摘要
卫生人才是促进医院持续、稳定、健康发展的重要条件。优秀人才的引进能够提升较弱学科的整体实力,加快人才队伍建设的发展,调整并优化人才结构,提高医院的整体医疗质量,促进医院整体的协调发展。本文通过分析现今各医院人才引进困难的原因,并进行梳理汇总,主要发现四方面问题:医院的引进行动较慢、现有人才流动激励机制缺陷、医院引进人才实施措施较软和人才流失问题严重。在文中,引入首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院(以下简称"我院")创新人才引进管理模式三方面内容,并对我院在引进高端创新人才方面的实践经验进行总结和分析,提出了在引进高端创新人才方面,领导们的重视是关键、较好的发展平台是有力保证和良好环境是基础等五点建议。
Health professional is an important condition to promote the sustained, stable and healthy development of the hospital. Outstanding talents can enhance the overall strength of weak discipline, accelerate the development of talent team construction, adjust and optimize the talent structure, improve the medical quality of the whole hospital, promote the coordinated development of the whole hospital. This paper analyzes the reasons why the hospital talent introduction difficult and summary, finds mainly in four aspects: slow action of hospital's talent introduction; defect of existing talent flow incentive mechanism; improper of hospital talent introduction measures and serious outflow of talent. In this paper, the management mode of introduction of innovative talents in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University( "our hospital" for short) was introduced from three aspects, and the practical experience of our hospital in the introduction of high-end innovative talents are summarized and analyzed, put forward suggestions from five aspects: such as leadership attention is the key, a good development platform is a powerful guarantee and good environment is the basis and so on.
