干水对水合物法分离瓦斯中CH_4的影响 被引量:3

Effect of dry-water on methane separation from mine gas via the hydrate formation

摘要 以干水中NaCl质量分数、干水中气相疏水性SiO_2质量分数、瓦斯浓度配比为影响因素,利用正交实验法研究干水对水合物法分离瓦斯中CH_4的影响,通过计算获取瓦斯水合分配系数、CH_4回收率、分离因子.运用极差法与方差法分析实验结果,结果表明:干水中疏水性SiO_2质量分数与瓦斯气样配比是CH_4的回收率的显著影响因素,上述3种因素在设定实验范围内对瓦斯水合分离难度和分离净化程度无显著影响;使水合分离难度较低、CH_4的回收率较高、分离净化程度较高的工艺条件为干水中NaCl质量分数1.8%,干水中疏水性SiO_2质量分数5.0%,瓦斯气浓度配比为气样G1. The orthogonal experiments were used to study the effect of dry-water on methane separation from mine gas via the hydrate formation, with the influencing factors of mass fraction of NaCl and gas phase hydrophobic SiO2 in dry-water and concentration ratio of mine gas. The partition coefficient of mine gas hydrate, recovery rate of CH4 and separation factors were obtained through calculation. The experiment results were analyzed by range and variance analysis methods. The results show that the mass fraction of hydrophobic SiO2 in dry-water and mine gas sample proportion are the significant factors for recovery rate of CH4. The above 3 factors have no significant effect on mine gas separation difficulty and separation purification degree within the setting experimental range. To reduce the hydration separation difficulty, improve the recovery rate of CH4 and increase the separation purification degree, the experiment should be set on the condition of 1. 8% mass fraction of NaCI in dry water, 5 fraction of hydrophobic SiO2 in dry-wator and G1 of concenlration rmio of mine gas respecly.
