构建Diquat诱导断奶仔猪氧化应激模型的研究 被引量:5

摘要 试验通过观察断奶仔猪一次性腹腔注射Diquat后生长性能、血液生化及抗氧化指标的变化,验证氧化应激模型是否构建成功,并进一步探明用来评价氧化应激的敏感指标。选用DLY断奶仔猪10头,体重10.64±1.08kg,随机分配到2个组中,每组5个重复,每个重复1头猪。处理组按体重一次性腹腔注射10mg/kg Diquat溶液,对照组腹腔注射相同剂量的灭菌生理盐水。试验期21d,在试验第3、10、21天空腹前腔静脉采血,检测血清生化及抗氧化指标。结果表明,Diquat显著降低仔猪ADG和ADFI(P<0.01),显著提高血液中ALT、AST活性和COR含量(P<0.05),显著降低血液中GSH-Px活力(P<0.05)。试验表明,一次性腹腔注射10 mg/kg Diquat溶液可以诱导断奶仔猪氧化应激,应激效应可持续21d以上,血液中ALT、AST、GSHPX活力以及COR含量可作为评价氧化应激的指标。 This study was to observing growth performance,serum biochemical and antioxidant level of weaned pigs after intraperitoneal injected Diquat,verify whether oxidative stress model was successfully constructed and further evaluate sensitive indicator of oxidative stress.Thirty 10.60±1.10 kg weaned pigs were randomized in two groups,each group has 3replicates with 5piglet,the treated group intraperitoneal injected Diquat 10mg/kg,the control group was injected with the same dose of sterile saline.Trial period 21 d,in the 3,10,21 days of fasting before venous blood sampling and test serum biochemical and antioxidant indices.The results showed that,Diquat significantly reduce pig's ADG and ADFI(P〈0.05),significantly increased serum ALT,AST activity and COR level(P〈0.05),significantly reduce serum GSH-Px vitality(P〈0.05).The study showed that intraperitoneal injection of 10mg/kg Diquat in weaned pigs can induce oxidative stress,stress reaction can retain 21 dabove,serum ALT,AST,GSH-PX vitality and COR levels can be as stress-sensitive indicators.
