摘要
水稻是我国重要的粮食作物,具有种植面积大、分布范围广等特点,然而由于水稻的遗传基础比较狭窄,在新品育种、品种区分及质量监控等方面经常出现问题。SSR技术作为第二代分子标记的典型代表,具有标记数量丰富、定位精准等优点,在水稻SSR指纹图谱的构建中提到不可替代的重要作用。该文主要综述了基于SSR技术构建的水稻DNA指纹图谱,对其技术要点及其构建意义进行分析,并对其发展趋势进行展望。
Rice was one of the most important crops in China,with large planting area,and wide geographical distribution scope.However,for the narrow genetic basis,problems always emerged in new variety breeding,quality control and other aspects of distinction. SSR technology typically presented the 2nd generation of molecular marking,had the advantages of large amount,spicific location plays an irreplaceable role in SSR fingerprint construction. The article reviewed the recent development of DNA fingerprint construction based on SSR technology. Key technology elements and significance of fingerprint construction,and new trend of this area was also discussed.
